David Clarke has had enough with the rhetoric of liberals who relentlessly accuse Republicans of racism.
In an appearance on “Fox and Friends Weekend” the frank Milwaukee County sheriff took down the Democrat party and its presumptive presidential nominee for their race-baiting hypocrisy.
“I’m a racist. You’re a racist. Everybody’s a racist,” he stated sarcastically, adding, “This word get’s overused. It hardly has any meaning anymore.”
As for Hillary Clinton — whom Clarke refers to as “Mrs. Bill Clinton” — the sheriff said her accusation that Trump is a racist is akin to “the pot calling the kettle black.”
“Mrs. Bill Clinton is a recipient of the Margaret Sanger Award,” he noted.
“As you know, the founder of Planned Parenthood, she was a eugenist who supported the extermination of the black race. She called the black race a ‘weed,’” the outspoken lawman continued.
Referring specifically to Hillary Clinton, Sheriff Clarke went on:
“She embraces that award. She embraces the support of an organization, Planned Parenthood, that kills more black babies than any other race. This is a party — the Democrat party — that stood in the way of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, that stood in the way of Lincoln trying to free the slaves, that embraced and endorsed and voted for Sen. Robert Byrd, a former klansman. They welcomed him into the party as they did George Wallace, who stood in a schoolhouse door and said ‘Segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.’”
“Her party has a history of racism, so I’m not going to sit up here and be lectured by Mrs. Bill Clinton about who’s a racist and who is not,” he declared.
When asked if the Republican party needed to unite in order to beat Clinton, the sheriff replied, “Wholeheartedly,” and had harsh words for those saying they will refuse to vote for presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump.
“The circular firing squad has to stop,” he said, calling for people to “hold their fire right now.” Clarke added, “It is “political suicide for anyone talking about sitting this out or waiting another four years and allowing Mrs. Bill Clinton to become the next president of the United States.”
“When I hear crazy talk like running another candidate or writing somebody else in, that’s tantamount to playing Russian roulette with a semi-automatic handgun,” Clarke stated.
He explained that Trump received more votes than any other candidate “because he connected with voters” and then chided those anti-Trump individuals who are upset with the billionaire businessman, saying they should be upset with their own candidate who failed to do what Trump did.
As for those who stand with the #NeverTrump movement, Clarke said they “are going to have to pivot and start saying ‘Never Mrs. Bill Clinton.’”
