Yet another Black Lives thug was caught committing a heinously disgusting crime. 20 year old Theophilous Washington is the suspect according to the Lancaster County District Attorney. He was a junior at Millersville University from Washington D.C. and has been officially charged felony attempted murder of an unborn child and another count of misdemeanor reckless endangerment.
Washington was arraigned this past Friday night and is currently in custody after bail was set at $1 million. Some spoke to the media on the events. Millersville University Police Deputy Chief Howard Baumen officially filed the criminal charges against Washington on the afternoon of Friday. He worked in conjunction with the First Assistant District Attorney Christopher P. Larsen as well as the Assistant District Attorney Andrew LeFever.
District Attorney Craig Stedman said,
“The charges are twisted and the intended result nothing short of horrifying.”
The doctor who did the autopsy of the female victim noted that she was approximately 2 months pregnant with an unborn child and that both were believed to have been unharmed. On the night of the event officials have said that the two were spending time in Washington’s room from Thursday night to Friday morning and as the victim was getting ready to leave Washington insisted she have refrigerator water.
She drank it and later felt a burning sensation in her throat when going back to campus. She vomited and then proceeded to call 911 where police responded. Both the male and female provided police statements. Washington is the father of the child according to investigators and he also admitted to bleaching the water bottle. In a previous statement he had said he did not want his girlfriend to have the baby.
Officials from the university said there was never any safety issue or concern in reference to other students. Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management Brain Hazlett stated,
“This was a horrible, unconscionable event. It is very disturbing to me personally because I consider our students to be our family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and we’re doing everything we can to make sure she is okay. At no time was anyone else on campus at risk. Because this was a totally isolated incident that did not impact anyone else on campus, a Timely Warning and our MU Alert system were not warranted.”
A preliminary hearing has not been set yet but Stedman told reporters,
“There is no greater call in law enforcement than to protect the most vulnerable among us and there are none more vulnerable than the unborn.”
This is one of the most disgusting crimes that is out there. Clearly someone who would commit such a crime has absolutely zero respect for human dignity and life. They should lock him up and throw away the keys.
