President Obama’s family has always been in the news. His half brother has also been in the news over the election cycle at varying time endorsing Donald Trump shockingly. The President’s Kenyan born half brother Malik will officially be attending Wednesday night’s Las Vegas debate. Both the democratic and republican nominee for president will square off in one of the final debates.
Malik is an American citizen who lives in Washington D.C. He also spends some of his time in Kenya. Malik has told the media that he will be attending as a guest of Donald Trump whom he supports for President. He said,
“I’m excited to be at the debate. Trump can make America great again.”
Trump responded to Malik’s comments saying,
“I look very much forward to meeting and being with Malik. He gets it far better than his brother.”
Among different issues that Malik agrees with Trump on he agrees that the liberal mainstream media is biased against Trump and he profusely denies the belief that Trump sexually assaulted women without their permission by kissing and groping them. A controversy that has caused media chaos over the recent weeks. He said,
“I don’t believe them. Why didn’t they come forward before?”
The President’s brother blasted the former Secretary of State for doing a poor job while in office and exacerbating the situation in the Middle East. Specifically, for the current state of affairs in Libya. He admitted that he last saw Barack in 2015 when the President visited their country of Kenya. He said,
“I went to the White House to say hello. I paid a courtesy call. But it wasn’t a very warm and loving reception. As usual, it was a hands-off kind of thing, very businesslike, very formal.”
Malik has said that despite the fact that Trump held a press conference before the last debate in which he hosted sexual assault victims of Bill Clinton he would not be participating in any such conference. Clearly the relationship between Malik and the Obama’s in the White House is chilly at best. Something is going on because they clearly do not have a very good relationship. Especially if Malik is willing to say these things to the media and the fact that he got such a cold reception.
