The latest information breaking from the Bowe Bergdahl fiasco is that he refuses to speak to his family, despite being held captive for the past five years, according to the Wall Street Joural story.
A military official who remains anonymous, stated Bergdahl is being treated at Landsthul Army Medical Center in Germany, and doctors are taking their time and moving at a snails pace due to the controversy and allegations involving the transaction that secured his release.
Politicians from both sides of the aisle have criticized President Obama’s unconstitutional prisoner swap, which has given the Taliban terror group a major shot in the arm just as troops are downsizing in the region. Additionally, members from Bergdahl’s unit have accused him of desertion and want the US Army to hold him accountable for the 6 deaths that were caused while forces searched for him after he fled the US army post in Afghanistan.
Threats have been made against Bowe’s family and the now cancelled welcome-home celebration. The FBI is currently investigating the allegations, and they have not released any further details at time of posting this.
An FBI agent said this to CNN yesterday:

The Bergdahl family has not been seen in public since last week’s announcement at the White House.
