The entire time Barack Obama was president, he continually tried to put the screws to the American people. Whether it was doing back room deals with terrorists or knifing our allies in the back, his treasonous antics truly knew no bounds. But now a breaking report is coming in about the sick (and possibly illegal) thing that Obama did his last day in office which is so disturbing, that law makers are immediately calling for a congressional investigation into the incident.
Brietbart News reports that on Obama’s last day in office, he mysteriously approved a $418 million U.S. weapons sale to Kenya, allowing them to purchase 14 weaponized crop-duster-like planes. Why Obama decided to ram this through during his last day in office is now raising alarm bells, as several lawmakers are questioning why the contract was ever put into place in the first place, labeling the deal as “highly inappropriate.”
A handful of lawmakers, led by Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC), are questioning why the contract to produce the planes was awarded to major defense firm L3 Technologies — which has never produced such a plane — while a smaller, disabled veteran-owned company in North Carolina that already make those planes at a lower cost was not considered.
The Mooresville, N.C. company, IOMAX USA Inc., costed out 14 planes at $237 million dollars, according to a Budd aide.
“It looks like politics,” Budd said in a phone interview with Breitbart News on Monday. “Why are they sending it to someone that’s produced zero, for twice the price? This is inappropriate.”
Traditionally with a foreign military sale, an official at the Pentagon would notify and work with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency to request weapons, which makes it so odd why Obama would work this deal of his own, especially his last day in office. Breitbart went on:
DSCA would then work with the nation to specify requirements and write a Letter of Request for the weapons. The letter would be sent to an “implementing agency.” After price and other details are worked out, the Pentagon would issue a recommendation, and the State Department would approve or disapprove the sale. The DSCA would receive about a four percent cut of the total sale.
Congress is typically notified before a foreign military sale can go forward, and they have 30 days to block it. But now that this investigation is being launched into Obama, lawmakers can still halt the weapons sale to Kenya by passing a resolution of disapproval.
So just what is Obama up to? Why all the secrecy surrounding this deal with the people of his homeland? Being that it’s Obama we’re talking about here, you got to know that there’s a sinister and malicious plot behind everything it, given Obama’s treasonous track record with our country.
