You can tell a lot about a man by the enemies he makes. In the case of the late Chris Kyle, his list of enemies so far include leftist filmmaker Michael Moore and most liberals. Another organization just joined that club: The Council on American Islamic Relations, or “CAIR.”
Recently, the Muslim group attacked the deceased Navy SEAL on social media. They didn’t hold back, but blatantly called Kyle a “hate-filled killer.”
CAIR posted the insulting message on their Twitter account, which read: “#AmericanSniper – The real American Sniper was a hate-filled killer. Why are simplistic patriots treating him as [a hero]?”
Chris Kyle, of course, is credited as being the most successful sniper in the history of the U.S. military. His autobiography American Sniper quickly became a hit, and the film based on his life is now breaking box office records.
Kyle was murdered in 2013, but that hasn’t stopped left-wing groups from insulting him. Michael Moore recently called snipers “cowards,” and many others seemed unable to comprehend the possibility that a solider might be a hero.
CAIR’s message is interesting, given their checkered past. The Islamic group should know a thing or two about “hate” — after all, they are listed as a terrorist organization by several countries, including the United Arab Emirates.
They also have direct links to funding terrorism. According to Gateway Pundit, the U.S. Justice Department named the Islamic group as a co-conspirator in a scheme to funnel money to extremist groups.
The fact that American Sniper’s success drives liberals so insane is a strong indication of their views. To a disturbing number of left-wingers, morality has been completely reversed.
Groups such as CAIR and Hamas support terrorist tactics such as the targeting of innocent civilians, yet they have the gall to verbally attack a dead Navy SEAL who trained to stop those very terrorists.
It’s time to stand up on the right side of history and call out extremist Islamic organizations like CAIR. It’s time to stand up for people like Chris Kyle.
