For the past 8 years, Barack Hussein Obama committed treason against the American people as he worked tirelessly to embolden our enemies while doing everything within his power to stab us in the back. One of his main treasonous antics as we all know was the ridiculous Nuclear Deal, where he put our Iranian enemies on a path to nuclear arms, while giving 150 billion in U.S. cash in the process. Now a disturbing report has just surfaced about what Iran is doing with the billions in cash that Obama handed them, and it is nothing short of chilling.
Iranian officials were more than eager to take billions in American tax payer dollars from Obama, but that didn’t make them any less dangerous to the United States. These idiots continue to chant “death to America” as Iranian officials are doing everything they can to develop nuclear weapons so they can wipe out the West.
Now Iran’s leaders are boasting that their defense budget (thanks to Obama) has increased a startling 145%, and they’re now dumping massive amounts of money into building up their military forces and purchasing new equipment in what they brag will soon be an “offensive” fighting force.
As Barack Hussein Obama and his Iranian terrorist side kick Valerie Jarret are no doubt giddy with excitement over emboldening one of America’s greatest enemies, leaders on Capitol Hill are in full panic mode, as insiders have reported that Iran’s recent announcement of building up their harms has sparked major concern among U.S. national security leaders.
Iranian leaders have stated since the Iran deal was enacted that they are using the massive amounts of cash released under the agreement to fund the purchase of new military equipment and other armaments. Iran also has pursued multi-million dollar arms deals with Russia since economic sanctions were nixed as part of the deal.
Leading members of Congress and U.S. officials working on the Iran portfolio suspect that at least a portion of the Obama administration’s $1.7 billion cash payment to Iran has been used to fund and support terrorists in the Middle East.
The latest disclosure about Iran’s military buildup is further fueling concerns that U.S. cash assets returned to the country—which were released with no strings attached by the Obama administration—are helping Iran pursue a more aggressive military stance against U.S. forces in the region.
Rep. Sean Duffy (R., Wis.) has been very vocal about what’s going on with Iran, where he said the following in a recent statement to the Washington Free Beacon:
“President Obama flat-out caved in to Iran when he handed them the disastrous nuclear deal and $1.7 billion in cash payments that could assist Iran’s military. “So it’s no surprise that the world’s lead sponsor of terrorism would feel emboldened to become more aggressive in the region and flex its military muscle.”
While it’s good people in Washington are speaking out about Iran, I have to disagree with Rep. Duffy over his assertion that “Obama caved,” as this was a calculated move on Barack Hussein Obama’s part to stab America in the back while giving his radical Muslim terrorist buddies as much military arsenal as possible.
One of Obama’s buds, Iranian Brigadier General Kiumars Heidari, made a statement recently about Iran’s military buildup during Iran’s annual Army Day, where he said that their goal is to turn their army into an “offensive” force, which will soon have nuclear weapons too.
The people of Iran are in full celebration mode over this news, as they hastily spend American tax dollars on new weapons and equipment, all while their hatred for the United States continues to grow. Iranian analyst Mahan Abedin described the announcement as a major shift in Iran’s military policy, and how this will change how they interact on the world stage:
“This is a major policy announcement with far-reaching consequences for foreign policy and internal defense-related power dynamics,” Abedin wrote. “If implemented properly, Heidari’s proposed modernization policy would not only radically alter Iranian defense doctrine, but just as importantly, it would also reverse the army’s subservient relationship to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).”
Michael Rubin, a former Pentagon adviser and expert on rogue regimes, told the Free Beacon that it should come as no surprise that Iran is diverting the cash it received under the nuclear deal to its military industry.
The disclosure comes as “no surprise to anyone who studied Iran” and should have been anticipated by the Obama administration, which largely sought to downplay the importance of giving Iran billions in cash resources, Rubin said.
“First, there’s history: Between 1998 and 2005, European Union trade with Iran more than doubled and the price of oil quintupled,” Rubin explained. “Iran took that hard currency windfall and invested the bulk of it in its nuclear and missile programs. The person coordinating Iran’s strategy? Hassan Rouhani who was at the time secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council.”
“Obama and Kerry might as well have wired the money directly into the accounts of those seeking to enhance Iran’s military, kill Sunnis, or sponsor terrorism,” Rubin said.
One senior congressional source tracking the matter expressed concern about the safety of U.S. forces in the region, which already are routinely harassed by Iranian military personnel.
“This is certainly grounds for concern,” the source said. “An Iranian military buildup coupled with an offensive posture is a threat to the United States and our allies. This also serves as an important reminder of why the Obama administration’s cash infusion to Iran was so dangerous.”
Thanks to Barack Hussein Obama and the massive amount treason he committed against the American people, there is no way to easily undo what’s been done. Iran will keep growing in its arsenal and military power which they have been vocal with their intentions to then use against our allies and the United States. It’s truly startling why treason charges haven’t been brought against this treasonous prick for what he’s done to our country.
