California Chief Justice Demands ICE Stop Arresting Illegals – Gets BRUTAL Dose of Karma!

Because the state of California doesn’t have enough issues a California Chief Justice has taken it upon herself to DEMAND ICE stop arresting illegal aliens.

According to the Sacramento Bee, Cantil-Sakauye said she was “deeply concerned” about the practice of apprehending Illegal Aliens around and in the courthouses.

“Courthouses should not be used as bait in the necessary enforcement of our country’s immigration laws,” she wrote in a letter sent to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly this anti-American judge states that court houses need to be a “safe place” to administer justice.

She goes on to write:

“Each layer of government – federal, state, and local – provides a portion of the fabric of our society that preserves law and order and protects the rights and freedoms of the people. The separation of powers and checks and balances at the various levels and branches of government ensure the harmonious existence of the rule of law.”

So in other words, after these past 8 disastrous years of the Dictatorial Obama Presidency California Judges finally came around to reading the 10th amendment and understanding the separations of power? Convenient!

A courthouse should be a “safe space?” She has got to be kidding. In a state where we are constantly living in the red because of welfare, medical and school funds Illegal Aliens drain. Where the condition of our infrastructure is amongst the worst in the nation. Where crime is skyrocketing, especially illegal gang crime from the likes of MS-13 and other cartel backed gangs. We have judges who actually want a courtroom to be a “safe space?” Maybe each courtroom will start offering nap time and TVs which show Sesame Street reruns 24/7.

Where do they find these people to appoint to the judicial branch? Are they really the best and brightest? Really?

Here’s what others thought about the judge’s demands.
