Another day, another Hillary Clinton scandal. In other news, water is wet, the Pope is Catholic, and Hell has yet to freeze over.
As the “women’s candidate,” Hillary has spoken much on the issue of sexual assault in her attempts to appeal to women. Here’s just one Tweet she sent out on the subject:
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has unveiled a new campaign ad that portrays former President Bill Clinton as a serial sexual assault perpetrator. The ad ends with Hillary Clinton’s cackling laugh along with a photo of the Democratic presidential candidate and her husband, along with the caption, “Here we go again?”
The Instagram ad is only about 20 seconds long. It includes audio from two of Bill Clinton’s accusers — Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey — as well as a comment from Monica Lewinsky, the White House intern with whom he had an affair.
“No woman should be subjected to it. It was an assault,” Willey says in the ad.
“He starts to bite on my top lip and I try to pull away from him,” a sobbing Broaddrick says. As she talks, the visual image is a cigar-chomping black-and-white picture of Bill Clinton superimposed over the White House.
Only two alleged victims were quoted in the ad – but if Trump needs any more ammunition – there are seventeen accusers in total. Now, I can only look at the photo below and wonder what the two were discussing…
