Yesterday I wrote about a police officers wife’s social media complaint talking about her husbands food being tampered with at Zaxby’s. When they walked up to order, the workers started yelling at them and calling them names. That is something these Officers are use to. But when they got their food, it had been tampered with so badly by the food preparers, they couldn’t eat it. There was no news of anything happening to the food workers but if you would like to get an update on those workers, feel free to stop by or call the Zaxby’s in Shelby, NC Phone: (704) 487-8700.
Their Police Captain made a great statement:
“Years ago, this profession was respected, it was honored. Now to get ridiculed, to be a target, to possibly get shot at, for little pay… what’s the motivation to be a police officer other than do it because your heart’s in it to help the community?”
Well folks, tampering with police food isn’t a new thing… a worker at Dairy Queen in Baton Rouge spit in the food and the Police didn’t let it slide. A Lieutenant with the Baton Rouge Police Department ordered a hamburger at Dairy Queen in the 3400 block of Sherwood Forest. He noticed a clear substance on top of the bun of his burger that looked like spit. The officer and restaurant manager reviewed camera footage and sure enough they saw the suspect grab a burger bun lifting the bun to his mouth for one brief moment then placed it on the burger and wrapped it up.
Police immediately arrested 21-yr-old Elijah Johnson who later admitted to having ‘many diseases’ including herpes. They later discovered Johnson to have an outstanding arrest warrant in his name. A company spokesman said he was immediately terminated. Soooooo these are the people demanding higher wages. Herpes ridden, warrant-out-for-arrest having, 21-yr-old burger flippers. Mmmmmm I’m not really feeling like a Big Mac anymore. Here’s a new motto for the chamber of commerce of Baton Rouge… ‘Baton Rouge, go for the food!’
