Black Lives Matter got their violence and cop-hatred on in Daytona Beach, Florida yesterday. They firebombed a patrol car and left a personal note at the scene that said: “#BlackLivesMatter, A Sterling, P Castile, F**k the police.” By the time the fire fighters got there, the car was destroyed.
An anonymous witness had this to say: “We were in bed and I heard a ‘boom’ noise. It sounded like a window being broken and I thought it could be someone trying to break into my boyfriend’s car. So I looked out the window and didn’t see anyone near his car then I looked left and saw the police car was on fire,” the person wrote the Daytona Beach News Journal in an email.
From BizPac Review:
Violence directed at law enforcement moved to the Sunshine State Sunday when a Daytona Beach police cruiser was torched with a Molotov cocktail.
The arsonist left a note saying “#BlackLivesMatter, A Sterling, P Castile, F**k the police.”
WKMG-TV’s Troy Campbell reported:
According to WESH:
The car was outside a mosque for the duration of Ramadan when the incendiary device was thrown at it.
A note referencing the police shootings in Louisiana and Minnesota, and the Black Lives Matter movement was found nearby.
The car was evidently parked there as a deterrent to criminals. Officers sometimes do that… it had been sitting there since the Orlando shootings.
According to a statement from Daytona Beach Police, dispatch received a call of a vehicle fire at 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Responding officers found a marked Daytona Beach police car fully engulfed in flames in front of the Islamic Center of Daytona Beach. Gee… go figure… it was in front of an Islamic Center. Hmmm.
No one was injured… this time. But if I were the police there, I would be even more on edge after this and more on guard than ever before.
The incident comes amid rising tension nationwide following the fatal police shootings of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Philando Castile in in suburban St. Paul, Minnesota. Those deaths were followed by two deadly ambushes targeting police officers. Five officers died when a gunman opened fire during a protest in Dallas on July 7. And on Sunday, a gunman shot and killed three law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge.
I doubt this was a hoax. I think it was a message to local police and I would go so far as to believe that someone, or a number of someones, in that mosque had something to do with it. Of course, it could be Black Lives Matter, the New Black Panthers or the Nation of Islam as well. Take your pick.
This is just going to get worse and worse. And you can thank Barack Obama for this. He has blood all over his hands and he has brought us to the brink of a race war, civil unrest and martial law. He owns this big time.
