BREAKING: Fed Judge Just Upheld Trump Revised Travel Ban

If you have been wondering about President Donald Trump’s travel ban, here’s the good news that has hit!

While the ban saw push back from those in Washington, Maryland and Hawaii on his revised travel ban, Virginia has saw been claimed a victory in securing the U.S. against terrorism.

According to reports from TheBlaze:

“Judge Anthony Trenga, who was appointed by former President George W. Bush, said in his 32-page ruling that Trump was legally allowed to ban travel from those specific countries and that the executive order was not discriminatory in nature as the Palestinian activist who filed the lawsuit requesting an injunction had suggested.”

“Trenga wrote that the president ‘has unqualified authority to bar physical entry to the United States at the border.’ He also pointed out that the executive order itself does not mention religion and has a “state secular purpose” of protecting U.S. citizens from terrorist attacks.”

The judge didn’t do what the blatant partisan judges did in the other states, and just view Trump’s campaign rhetoric about a “Muslim ban” as being treated as some sort of evidence that he was going to ban an entire religion…That’s preposterous! Judges look at facts, and JUDGE ACCORDING TO THE LAW! That is something that judges all around the nation are in sore need of.

Virginia will be upholding the law, and as a Department of Justice spokesperson issued a statement on Virginia’s ruling: “The Department of Justice is pleased with the ruling. As the Court correctly explains, the President’s Executive Order falls well within his authority to safeguard the nation’s security.”

And just like clockwork, an attorney from the Council on American-Islamic Relations – otherwise known as the HAMAS-supporting organization, CAIR, said they plan on making another appeal the ruling and fighting it.

Good luck to them…
