Ferguson police have arrested and charged 28-year-old Terrell Doss with firing a handgun at a police helicopter back in August, just a day after Michael Brown was fatally shot by Officer Darren Wilson.

A witness saw Doss firing at the copter, in which two officers were sitting, and according to KMOV, he says Doss threatened him if he said anything publicly.

The unidentified witness says Doss tracked him down the next day and pointed the gun at his stomach. He pulled the trigger but the gun was unloaded.

He identified Doss to police just this past month, and Ferguson police arrested him, charging him with second degree assault on law enforcement, one count of first degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action.
