Florida Town On HIGH ALERT After What ‘Military-Age’ Muslims Did On Beach (PIC)

Men in orange jumpsuits purported to be Egyptian Christians held captive by the Islamic State (IS) kneel in front of armed men along a beach said to be near Tripoli, in this still image from an undated video made available on social media on February 15, 2015. Islamic State released the video on Sunday purporting to show the beheading of 21 Egyptian Christians kidnapped in Libya. In the video, militants in black marched the captives to a beach that the group said was near Tripoli. They were forced down onto their knees, then beheaded. Egypt's state news agency MENA quoted the spokesman for the Coptic Church as confirming that 21 Egyptian Christians believed to be held by Islamic State were dead. From Mad World: The commissioner of a Florida county was out enjoying a day at the beach when he spotted a group of “military-age” Muslims doing something strange nearby. Concerned for the safety of other residents, he snapped a picture and posted it to social media. Now the town is on high alert.

Wakulla County Commissioner Ralph Thomas was out at the Mashes Sands Beach last week when he spotted a group of about a dozen Muslim men nearby doing something he hadn’t ever seen on the beach before, reported WCTV. Thomas snapped a picture of the men and posted it to Facebook, and now one of the men running for sheriff in the county is demanding authorities look into it.

“It was just an unusual event,” said Thomas. “I thought it was an interesting photo. I put it out there.”

The photo shows the men all bowing in prayer, which apparently never happens in the area. Wakulla County Sheriff’s candidate Will Dance also made an interesting observation about the group of Muslims. “When a group of military aged Muslim men gather on the beach the question needs to be asked, ‘Why are they here?’” Dance said.

Dance was so concerned over what the group was doing, he went to the Commission on Monday night and asked them to look into it. “It’s not about singling them out. It’s not about xenophobia,” Dance said. “This is not anti-Muslim. This is not a Muslim family having on the beach a barbecue. This wasn’t a Muslim father fishing with his sons. This was a group of military-aged Muslims who are on the beach praying and the question needs to be asked, ‘Do they adhere to sharia law or the constitution?’”

Comments on the picture have been mixed, but it’s easy to see why people would be concerned, especially given the current climate in our nation. Personally, if I lived in that county, I would want this investigated too, and it’s not because I’m Islamophobic – it’s because I’m a realist.

Let’s be honest here, we’ve seen a massive influx of “refugees” from the Middle East, and there’s been widespread speculation that many of them are either members of the Islamic State terror group (ISIS) or at least support what the group is doing in war-torn nations. With that in mind, when you see a group of young men, who are typically the ones who carry out terror attacks, it should raise alarm with anyone paying attention. After all, nobody thought anything of the military-age Muslim males who learned how to fly commercial aircraft until they flew hijacked planes into buildings. Are we really that stupid to make the same mistake again? I hope not.
