Franklin Graham Just Trashed Meryl Streep For Her Vulgar Trump Speech, It’s Epic!

The country took a collective eye roll this week when Meryl Streep denounced Donald Trump during an acceptance speech for a lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globe Awards. Streep showed everyone once again why people hate hearing celebrities discuss politics. She used her speech to bash the 45th President. Franklin Graham took her to task for it.

In response to Streep’s speech Graham said the following,

The news this morning on the Golden Globes isn’t about which films won or lost, but about Meryl Streep’s 6-minute speech condemning Donald J. Trump. Sean Hannity tweeted about her remarks, ‘This is exactly why Hwood is DYING, what a bunch of hypocrites. Sex, violence, and drivel rule hwood. Turning the channel.’

I say, let’s get behind our new President-elect and Vice President-elect Mike Pence and move forward together as a country. They’ve already made a lot of progress before even officially taking office, and let’s pray they continue to make positive changes for the future of America.”

Trump immediately responded to Streep’s comments by going to Twitter and disparaging her back by calling her overrated. While reporters and media pundits alike took the opportunity to explain how this is yet another example of why Donald Trump won. Coastal elite liberals of the upper class are speaking out denouncing Donald Trump as if their opinions represent most of America.

Graham is one of many people in the political arena who have denounced Streep’s comments and some have even called for boycotts of her movies and the films of other Hollywood celebrities.

When in reality they are grossly out of touch with what Americans really want. Perhaps if Streep and her fellow Hollywood liberals focused more on making films and doing their jobs they would have less time to make public fools of themselves.
