Geraldo Gets Publicly Humiliated After Falsely Attacking Trump… BOOM!

More and more people have come out against Donald Trump and accused him of sexual assault or some other nefarious act. Now to add to the list is reporter Geraldo Rivera who said on air that he had damning information and material that looked bad for Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump.

But now he is admitting he does not actually have the damning information he was purported to have. He said on air at the Five on Fox News this past Sunday,

“I have interviewed Donald Trump many times and been with him many times and I have tapes. My brother and I have been starting to go through the tapes now and there are statements that, in the context of the current climate, would be embarrassing.”

Rivera even posted to Twitter about it,

He also noted that he never personally watched Trump come on to, assault, or flirt with any of the women on camera while he was with him at Fox or while he was playing on the Apprentice. It appears as though Rivera wanted to bring more people to his show by adding fuel to the fire of Donald Trump’s assault allegations. Because after all controversy breeds ratings. But he had to eat his words in front of the entire internet when he realized he had nothing on the Donald.

Watch. Geraldo speaks (starts lying) at 8:55 in the video.

At the very least he did not follow through with trying to pile on Trump. I’m sure with the rest of his colleagues he feels the pressure to bring more and more heat onto Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. But he did not fall into that trap.

In all likelihood these allegations and the ensuing chaos will die down as election day gets closer as it has before. But when Hillary Clinton is involved you truly never know.
