Ginsberg Attacks Trump, Shows Her Bias – Trump Punches Her In The MOUTH

Supreme Court Justices really shouldn’t be in the business of talking politics.

A Supreme Court Justice’s most important job is to be impartial in decisions and project that sense of impartiality in public, too. When a Supreme Court justice announces her contempt for a presidential candidate, she places in jeopardy any pretension of fairness toward that candidate’s administration, should they win.

And when it came to Donald Trump, Ruth Bader Ginsberg couldn’t keep her mouth shut. The Conservative Tree House reports:

Ginsberg said of Trump: “He is a faker,” she said of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, going point by point, as if presenting a legal brief. “He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. … How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that.”

Maybe she hasn’t been paying too much attention – but you can’t publicly insult Donald Trump without facing some blow-back.

In pure Trump fashion, he fired back in 140 characters or less.

Trump, of course, can’t force Ginsburg off the Court, but he will be replacing her when she retires or kicks the bucket. That’s yet another reason we cannot allow Hillary Clinton to win this November.
