Breaking news: Hillary Clinton involved in scandal.
You’ve probably lost track of them by now. Benghazi, EmailGate, the Clinton Foundation, etc. Clinton’s scandals go back for decades – World Net Daily has a list of just twenty-two (though I’m sure there are many more).
Here’s just the latest: a member of Hillary’s family, her brother, unexpectedly got the deal of a lifetime, in Haiti nonetheless.
A bombshell report published by The Washington Post a bit over a year ago revealed that Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s younger brother, Tony Rodham, served on the advisory board of a company that in 2012 won a permit to mine gold in Haiti.
The permit — the second of its kind in 50 years — was later rejected by the Haitian senate, but the fact that it was ever approved in the first place spoke volumes.
Namely, it suggested foul play of the kind broadly associated with Hillary Clinton. Though not shockingly, both she and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, tried to deny the clear-cut ties:
Clinton Foundation officials said Bill Clinton had been unaware of Rodham’s involvement in the mine project. A spokesman for Hillary Clinton said she does not know the chief executive of the mine.
Yet according to the Post, this was by no means the Clintons’ first foray into Haiti, as they had a rich history of investing money into posh Haitian hotels and industrial parks that did nothing to help the nation’s poor but did plenty to enrich their own pockets.

By the way, the Clinton Foundation is now under investigation by the IRS. The IRS stated in a letter that its looking into claims of “pay-to-play” practices at the Clinton Foundation, after dozens of Republican lawmakers requested a review of potential “criminal conduct” at the organization.
It’s unclear whether the IRS might take any further action. The letter noted that, under the law, they could not reveal “any actions we may take on this information.”
Will that finally be what sinks Hillary? If this goes anything like the FBI investigation against her, we’ll learn that the Foundation broke the law repeatedly – but there’s nothing they can do about it.
