The mom is a liar and a racist. Typical behavior we’ve come to expect from the Black Lives Matter terror organization.

Via DownTrend: A 12-year-old black girl came home from a school fieldtrip with rope burns around her neck. According to the school and even the girl, this was a result of an accident involving a rope swing. The girl’s mom and attorney however claim that racist white boys tried to lynch the pre-teen and have filed a $2.6 million lawsuit.

The Dallas Morning News reports that the girl went with her classmates at Live Oak Classical School on a camping trip to a Texas ranch. At some point during the trip, the kids were playing with a rope swing that had an additional guide rope attached to it. Either she wasn’t paying attention or it was just a freak accident, but the girl became entangled in the guide rope and she ended up with rope burns on one side of her neck.

The school investigated the incident and interviewed everyone who witnessed the accident; the conclusion was it was an accident. The girl herself says she didn’t see what happened, just that the rope caught her on the neck and pulled her down. She asked some white boys in her class if they had done it on purpose and they denied that they did.

The lawsuit prompted a statement from the school:

The lawyer claimed that the student’s injuries were racially motivated, intentional attack. Live Oak takes this accusation seriously. The school interviewed all student eyewitnesses and teachers who were present and each independently established that the accusation made by the attorney is absolutely false. The injuries were caused accidentally while the students were playing with the swing and attached pull rope. The attorney was advised of the results of the interviews.”
