A story of a burglary gone wrong will never make you happier. When a man attempted to break into another’s home he was unfortunate enough to find out who the homeowner was after it was too late. Now, he has a new look to go with his criminal stupidity.
Josue Ortiz doesn’t believe in laws, which is proven by the fact that he’s illegally in the U.S. in the first place. However, he pushed his luck when he attempted to help himself into a Florida home, without realizing what he was getting into. FOX61 reports that Ortiz slipped into the residence through an unlocked back door on Tuesday and started stealing tools in the garage. He placed them in his car prior to going back inside but should have left when he could but didn’t learn his lesson until he got his face rearranged as soon as he went back inside.
The illegal picked the wrong house since the owner, Brian Burch, was home at the time and also happened to be a trained killer in the art of Jiu-Jitsu, according to WBBH. When the property owner heard all the commotion he went out and confronted Ortiz who attempted a ridiculous excuse for what he was up to:
“He told me that the boss sent him over here to pick up tools to finish a job. Once we got to the ground, he started pushing and fighting me, and I hit him one time. If the kids had been here, I probably would have been even angrier.”
When the property owner was questioning him he explained that Ortiz ran off out of fear. But he was able to catch him and he broke his nose, cut his lip, and gave him a black eye when they got into a fight. One of his neighbors called 911 and he was able to hold him down until they came. Police eventually came and arrested him on felony charges. He is now awaiting trial.
The suspect was none other than an illegal immigrant. Hopefully, this means he will be deported unlike so many other illegal immigrants. When you commit a violent crime like this you should be deported. Hopefully under the Trump administration people like this will be sent back home where they belong.
