After the tragic events in Orlando, Florida the discussion over the shooters Islamic religious affiliation has been a topic of discussion. Whether or not he was Muslim and how religious he actually was. Many liberals are arguing the shooter being Muslim had nothing to do with his actions. Moreover, only radical Muslim’s are violent. But video footage might make people think otherwise.
Islamic speaker Fahad Qureshi spoke in a video where he insisted that the desire to kill people who are homosexual or identify with the LGBT community was a belief held not just by radical Muslim’s but by moderates too.
The video shows a conference from May of 2013 in which Qureshi grumbled about how the American media depicts only radical Muslims as having the opinions that homosexuals should be killed and women as subservient. He maintains moderate Muslim’s feel that way too.
“I always try to tell them that….these are general views that every Muslim actually has….every Muslim believes in these things?”
The video shows him asking the room of black, white and Arab Muslim’s if they were in agreement about stoning women and gender segregation. Almost the entire room of so called moderate Muslim’s raised their hands.
Qureshi went on,
“What are the politicians going to say now? What is the media going to say now? That we are all extremists? That we are all radicals? That we need to deport all of us from this country?”
Proving once again that more Muslim’s hold the extreme views of the right than originally imagined. Which begs the question, how much danger are we really in considering the large demographic of people that identify as Muslim’s in the United States?
Paul Joseph Watson of InfoWars said it best,
“Leftists would rather justify and act as apologists for a religion that openly encourages the slaughter of homosexuals than stand up and defend the lives of gay people.”
