In what appears to be an Islamic terror attack, a gunman opened fire outside of a McDonald’s restaurant, and inside a Munich shopping center. Video of one attack is below.
Fox News and other outlets initially reported that German media said there was up to 15 dead. The death toll currently stands at 9, not including the attacker. A total of 21 were wounded. Three are in critical condition.
CNN has reported a witness as saying one shooter was yelling “Allahu Akbar” as he killed children.
According to Daily Mail UK the attacker was an 18-year-old German-Iranian.
German police are looking into a Facebook page that advertised free food the same time the attack at the McDonald’s occurred. If connected to the attack, it would mean the terrorist lured and targeted young children.

Munich police are reporting that the attack happened at the Olympia Einkaufszentrum shopping center.
Early on, German officials stated that there were three shooters. Now it’s believed there was only one attacker. CNN reported that there were shootings at multiple locations.
ISIS is saying the attacks are in response to coalition airstrikes.
“Lynn Stein, who said she works at the Jack Wolfskin store in the mall, told CNN that the shooter was inside the mall. ‘I heard several shots,’ Stein said. ‘(I) was just going to buy something while my coworker was still in the shop.
‘People started running. I went outside as well; more people running outside. I think I heard more shots. Then it sounded like he went to the parking house next to the mall — several shots there.'”
In videos that have been posted to Twitter people can be seen running from the scene of the attack.
This is the second terror attack on Germany within a week. On Monday, a Muslim Afghan refugee attacked passengers on a train with an axe and a knife. Four were wounded. ISIS claimed the attack.
Back in March, ISIS called for terror attacks on Germany.
According to the International Business Times:
“The Islamic State group has named its next targets in Europe and called for Muslims in Germany to carry out attacks on Chancellor Angela Merkel’s office in Berlin and the Cologne-Bonn airport, it was reported Thursday. The group, also known as ISIS or ISIL, posted photos of the targets online and called for a Brussels-style attack, Reuters reported, citing information gathered by the SITE intelligence group.”
Democrats said Trump’s nomination speech was “fear mongering” and “gloomy.” Looks like he was right again, and Hillary and the Dems are wrong.
This is a developing story.
