Ivanka Trump attended “Come from Away,” a Broadway play in New York City and guests were shocked, horrified, and possibly confused as to who snuck in the seat right by her.
None other than Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, was Ivanka’s guest of honor for the night. He even addressed the audience to talk about friendship and people coming together.
Watch this video and try not to barf.
Trudeau addressed the audience briefly from the stage before the play began.
“The world gets to see what it is to lean on each other and be there for each other through the darkest times,” he said, according to the New York Times. “There is no relationship quite like the friendship between Canada and the United States,” he said. “This story, this amazing show, is very much about that, and it’s about friendship as well.”
I don’t know what type of publicity stunt this was, but I’m not so sure I like it. I’m not sure I hate it either. USA and Canada are great allies. We both like sports. Our countries border each other. We both like beer. We have a good amount in common with the northern neighbors. But when it comes to our leadership and the affection they show for Muslim refugees, that’s where I draw the line in the sand. I’m against refugees entering America in mass quantities. It seems like Trudeau wants to bring them all in. Well guess what, I don’t think they’ll like the cold weather up there in Canada, so they’ll drift down the mountains and head right on into the USA and wreck everything here like they do in Sweden and Germany.
I don’t want rape crimes to reach staggering record numbers. Do you?
I don’t want our streets to look like the the destroyed tent city refugee parties in Paris.
I don’t want anything to do with the people who think it’s OK to beat their women and marry children.
That’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.
But Justin Trudeau sympathizes with the Muslim refugees and criticizes Trump for wanting executive orders vetting people before they arrive in America.
Let some refugees live in your house, Justin. See how fast they destroy your home and assault your family because they’re barbaric people who haven’t caught up with the rest of the world.
I think it’s a grand gesture for Ivanka Trump and Justin Trudeau to be spotted in public because it does show the ability to be allies and friendly with each other, as they should be.
I just don’t like Trudeau’s sick lust for refugees. No thanks.
