Everyone who supported slavery was a Democrat. Everyone who support segregation was a Democrat. A larger percentage of Republicans than Democrats voted for the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
The Left has had a horrendous record historically on Civil Rights, and only now has pretended to champion them. But even as they support minorities with nothing more than their rhetoric, their actions are still destroying their communities.
You would have to absolutely loathe black people to want to keep them mired in generational poverty and ignorance, living in ghettos with high unemployment, with their kids shackled to failing K-12 urban school systems and crime-ridden neighborhoods just to secure a permanent voting majority and to hang onto political power. But this is exactly what Democrats do. They make minorities dependent on government to survive, solidifying a cycle of poverty that benefits no one besides the Democrats themselves.
Ironically, it’s often liberals you’ll hear calling for the end of money in politics, but even if you could stop every corporation from donating to political candidates, we’d still have money in politics. It would just be the kind of vote-buying that Democrats are OK with.

Sunday, Judge Jeanine Pirro praised GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s recent minority outreach comments on her Fox show, “Justice with Judge Jeanine.”
During her opening statement, Pirro even played a clip of Trump speaking at a rally in Wisconsin:
“It’s time for our society to address some honest and very, very difficult truths. The Democratic Party has failed and betrayed the African American community. Democratic crime policies, education policies, and economic policies have produced only more crime, more broken homes, and more poverty.”
She then laid into Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton regarding what she says the Democratic Party has done to the black community.
The Democrats have sold minorities a lie since the inception of the modern welfare state in the 1960s. There’s perhaps no better case study in the Democrat Party failing black America than the Obama Presidency, where the first black President managed to set back race relations two decades.
