The media has placed a large spotlight on the current executive order mandated by the President that places a temporary hold on countries in the Middle East and parts of Africa that have been identified as terrorist hotspots. But people are calling it a Muslim ban. Regardless of the fact that a plethora of predominantly Muslim countries are not counted on that list. Countries such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and more. Now a federal court judge has halted the President’s order.
Federal Judge James Robart is the man overseeing the case on the executive order. He was appointed during the George W. Bush administration back in 2003. His ultimate ruling was that the order would be eliminated nationwide. However, new research indicates he is also a Black Lives Matter supporter.

The following video is from a Black Lives Matter protest that took place this week.
Which means his judgment can not be trusted whatsoever. To support or be in favor of such a hateful group as represented above how can one be taken seriously? Yet he has overturned an executive order that stands to protect thousands and even millions of Americans who could potentially be in danger from rogue terrorists who infiltrate refugee groups trying to get into the United States.
Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson said the following about the ruling,
“Judge Robart’s decision, effective immediately, effective now, puts a halt to President Trump’s unconstitutional and unlawful executive order. It puts a stop to it immediately, nationwide. What the judge announced today was nationwide; the president’s executive order does not apply.”
The judge has used the phrase Black Lives Matter in court when referring to racially motivated attacks against African Americans. Blaming the police department and law enforcement for their good work and labeling it discriminatory.
This is the man that could cost American lives. Trump is fighting back, though. In order to keep us safe, he’s planning on filing for an emergency stay on Robart’s ruling.
