According to WikiLeaks, Julian Assange’s internet service has been intentionally cut by a “state party.” No details have been released as to which country may have severed his connection.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign has steadfastly claimed that WikiLeaks gets the hacked emails it releases from Russian sources. Even Obama’s administration says that the Russians are attempting to sway the results of the upcoming presidential election by releasing emails that damage Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
Vice President Joe Biden hinted that action would be taken against Russia. It’s not known what form of retaliation that would entail, or if it was merely bluster in order to get Russia to back off, if they are indeed involved.
The cutting of Assange’s internet, which was announced by Wikileaks at about 1:30 am EST, comes on the heels of the whistle-blowing organization Tweeting out cryptic codes on Sunday which led many to believe that Assange had been killed. It was later confirmed that Assange was in fact alive.
Assange apparently dumped A LOT of Wikileaks at once making people think his "dead man trigger" had been activated.

The codes are preventative measures to ensure that none of the documents to be released in the future are tampered with.
“Pre-commitment” in this case is a references to a cryptographic scheme to prevent unreleased information from being tampered with. Essentially those unique codes are proof to anyone reading the documents in the future that their contents remain unchanged: alteration to the leaks will likewise alter those 64-character codes.
Hillary Clinton once asked top State officials if they could just “drone” Assange in order to stop the leaks of government documents.
Within an hour of WikiLeaks announcing that Assange’s internet had been cut, the hashtags #PrayForAssange and #FreeJulian began trending on Twitter.
If the state takes down Assange now, they send a clear message that Hillary Clinton must be kept very far away from any power. #FreeJulian

A volunteer web developer/IT guy with WikiLeaks posted a Tweet thanking everyone, and wrote that Assange is currently OK.
From the looks of it, someone is trying to silence Assange as we speak. The one person who would benefit from Assange not being able to release hacked documents and emails would be Hillary Clinton. Hopefully WikiLeaks has alternative methods of releasing information besides Assange.
