Colin Kaepernick has not been having a good season. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback decided to launch a protest of his “oppression” by refusing to stand for the national anthem, a move that other players around the league quickly copied. NFL ratings also quickly dropped, along with Kaepernick’s playing ability. He’s been playing poorly all season, but his performance on Sunday was so bad, it was downright historic.
The 49ers ended up benching Kaepernick during the fourth quarter in their game against the Chicago Bears. Back-up quarterback Blaine Gabbert was put in instead.

Colin Kaepernick is proving to be much better at kneeling than playing QB. He became first NFL QB in history to throw for fewer than 5 yards
