Hillary Clinton better watch her back. Jail time for her decades of crime may still be possible under the Trump administration. Ominous clues from Kelleyanne on the possibility were given when she interviewed with Good Morning America’s George Stephanopoulos. During the interview, George wanted to talk about the “bruising campaign.” He reminded Kellyanne that a crowd in Cincinnati chanted “lock her up, lock her up” referring to prosecuting Hillary Clinton for the email scandal.
“That’s the way they (the American people) feel” Kellyanne replies. “AND THERE WILL BE OFFICIALS WHO ARE IN CHARGE OF SUCH THINGS IN THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION WHO MAY LOOK AT THAT AGAIN.” That seems to be a very clear announcement that Clinton is still in hot water. The funniest and most infamous exchange of the debate, may not be just the joke but could become a reality. Oh, I can’t wait!!!
When George asks if the Trump administration was considering pursuing prosecution we hear Kelleyanne give more sneaky clues that it could happen. “No, I’m not suggesting that at all, that would be something I would not be able to say.” A tone of ‘I can’t tell you that information right now’ came across with Kelley Anne’s answer. Although Trump himself will not be the one heading the investigation into Clinton’s email scandal it is still very exciting to think that there may still be justice for her crimes. Kelleyanne made it clear that President-Elect Donald Trump will be focusing more on helping the American people and not worrying about his old Campain rival.
“Donald Trump made it very clear last week that as the President-Elect he has moved on from that (pursuing prosecution of Hillary Clinton) and he is more focused on health-care, immigration, bring jobs back to America and keeping them here in the first place”. Kelleyanne reminds George. It feels as though Donald Trump is trying to keep Hillary in suspense. He maybe trying to scare her out of Washington, or possibly waiting to pursue prosecution so that she can’t receive a pardon from Obama. Trump is an intelligent man who knows that dueling it out with his past campaign rival is not a wise use of his resources and energy at this time. We wish the left would figure this out and move on and accept their defeat.
