Lawyer REFUSED To Remove Black Lives Matter Pin In Court, Gets ANNIHILATED By Judge—Now Suing Court

Never disobey the order of a judge. A Youngstown, Ohio lawyer learned that lesson the hard way this week. Unfortunately, this leftist progressive with Black Lives Matter sympathy didn’t understand how to take instructions and he paid a pretty price for it.

The Youngstown Vindicator reported that attorney Andrea Burton sued a Youngstown Municipal Court a judge named Robert Milich on Thursday. Last month the judge sentenced Burton for the crime of contempt of court when she refused to remove a Black Lives Matter button from her suit.

Milich said the reason he cited Burton was because of a U.S. Supreme Court decision that banned political buttons in the courtroom. Since the Black Lives Matter movement grew from the killings of African Americans and has led to crimes against police officers it makes sense why this decision was made.

The judged stayed the order once the attorney agree to follow the rules of the dress code pending her appeal which is being heard soon. The judge himself is African-American while the attorney is Caucasian oddly enough.

Previously, Burton had sued the city and Judge Elizabeth Kobly who is a colleague of Judge Milich. Considering how sue happy she is her history speaks for itself. It seems as though she is the problem not all the other people. Which likely will work against her during her appeal. Because courts and judges don’t like sue happy people who waste there time. And rightfully so.

If she perhaps focused more on doing her job and following the letter of the law then making a political spectacle of herself in the courtroom than she probably wouldn’t be in the situation she is now. Typical liberal.
