Now, typically, women are known to carry Mace to protect themselves from sick sexual predators, muggers, or robbers, etc. Apparently, Mace now has a new use – the ultimate angry customer negotiating tactic.
A woman from Coon Rapids, MN got SO pissed off because her french fries weren’t “fresh,” she maced a couple of employees at the local Wendy’s drive-thru. The woman, 25-year-old Eiram Chanel Amir Dixson, was so ticked about the soggy fries, she even tried to grab an employee through the window before deploying the super-nasty chemical. Now she’s been charged with attempting to immobilize helpless fast food workers with tear gas. The maximum sentence for that?
Five years in the slammer.
Can I get a “Dayuuuuuuuumnnnn!”?
Via KSTP 5:
A Brooklyn Park woman is in the Anoka County Jail after allegedly spraying Mace through the drive-thru window at a Coon Rapids Wendy’s Thursday afternoon.
According to the criminal complaint, 25-year-old Eiram Chanel Amir Dixson is facing a felony charge of using tear gas to immobilize-not while protecting self/property.
That carries a maximum sentence of 0 to 5 years in prison and/or a $3,000 to $10,000 fine.
According to the criminal complaint, Coon Rapids police were dispatched to the Wendy’s at 8780 University Avenue at about 12:22 p.m. Thursday after a report of a disturbance between a customer and employees.
The release states all three employees told the same story. Dixson is alleged to have come through the drive-thru window, ordered food and requested her French Fries be fresh.
Employees allege she then began arguing and reportedly tried to reach through the drive-thru window. One of the employees threw a soda at her before Dixson allegedly went back into her car, grabbed Mace and started spraying in through the window.
One employee standing at the window was hit directly in the face, the report states. The other two other reportedly got spray on them as well.
Apparently, it’s just another day in the Coon Rapids’ ghetto. Michelle Obama would be proud!
