Marine Vet pummeled during racially motivated mob beating in Columbus, Ohio

From Stop Hate Crimes

This attack occurred in the Short North. This is an area between downtown Columbus, Ohio and the Ohio State University campus. Racially motivated black on white mob attacks have been occurring in this area since at least the early 90s. Black street gangs have a history of using hate crime violence against white college students as initiation tests.

Grant Gray, a Marine Corps veteran, was visiting Ohio State University. After visiting the campus area, he went to a bar in the Short North. When he stepped out of the bar to make a phone call, a group of black males viciously attacked him. The perpetrators made racially charged comments right before the attack.
