As Obama Open’s Floodgates Mexicans Attempt To Assassinate Border Patrol Agents

Needless to say, illegal immigrants are among those who are the least thrilled of Donald Trump’s Presidency. He’s going to begin with deporting criminal illegal aliens, all while erecting his “big beautiful” border wall on the US-Mexico border.

A number of sanctuary cities have vowed to protect the illegals in their community for some unknown reason, but Trump has threatened their Federal funding if they don’t comply with Federal laws. We’ll see if they’re really willing to put their money where their mouths are.

Meanwhile, the border has been floated with illegals ahead of (and especially after) the election. Some are even getting violent, as Blue Lives Matter reports:

Unknown gunmen, believed to be cartel, fired shots at an on-duty Border Patrol Agent, December 30, 2016, in southern Arizona.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials, a Border Patrol agent assigned to a mobile surveillance unit was near Hereford Road when he heard several shots fired nearby. The agent also saw two unknown suspects with rifles in the distance.  An unoccupied vehicle near the surveillance vehicle was struck by several bullets, and the shooters may have believed that the agent was within the vehicle.  The shots entered the area where the driver would have been sitting if the vehicle had been occupied. At the time, the agent had been patrolling the area near the Brian Terry station.

The Border Patrol Agent, who was not identified, did not return fire and was not injured.  Multiple CBP agents and Cochise County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived to assist the Border Patrol Agent.  A search began for the suspects, who were not located.  The attack is still under investigation.

The Brian Terry station is named in memory of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Brian Terry, who was killed in 2010 in a gun battle while trying to apprehend a group of Mexican cartel gunmen.  The cartel gunmen had been trying to steal a shipment of drugs from a rival smuggling group.

By the way, the argument against illegal immigration is more than just economic. Here are some shocking statistics, courtesy of Breitbart:

  • Between 2008 and 2014, 40% of all murder convictions in Florida were criminal aliens. In New York it was 34% and Arizona 17.8%.
  • During those years, criminal aliens accounted for 38% of all murder convictions in the five states of California, Texas, Arizona, Florida and New York, while illegal aliens constitute only 5.6% of the total population in those states.
  • That 38% represents 7,085 murders out of the total of 18,643.

The behavior of those crossing the border clearly reflects that.
