Kellyanne Conway won her way into conservatives’ hearts as the unapologetic woman who helped Donald Trump get into the White House and is hated by liberals for it. Michelle Obama isn’t so quick to step down from her powerful female role in Washington, D.C. and seems to be leading the charge against Kellyanne’s kids in pathetic effort to retaliate, but just messed with the wrong mom.
If there is one thing liberals hate more than losing political control of our country, it’s a woman powerful woman who doesn’t bow down to their demands. Kellyanne has become their whipping post for this reason, in addition to the fact that she’s quick witted in defending herself, her candidate, and now her family. She recently accepted the well-deserved role as counselor to the president and will be moving her family-of-six to Washington, D.C. to do it, which isn’t sitting well with Queen Bee Michelle Obama and her private school friends.
Kellyanne’s first priority is her children and making sure they’re happy with their new home, but most importantly in a good school where they can continue to thrive. As she’s been seeking out the perfect private school ahead of the big move, she’s found that as one of “Trump’s people” there’s a good amount of political pretentiousness against her and is facing an uphill battle of getting her twins, George and Claudia, into one of the few schools that fits what she’s looking for.
The New York Post reports that Kellyanne was overheard speaking to parents at her children’s current exclusive school in Englewood, New Jersey, about the ridiculous resistance to let her kids into D.C. schools, namely those previously attended by the Obama daughters and Chelsea Clinton.
“Kellyanne is asking everyone with connections to DC schools for help,” according to the Daily Mail. Although she anticipated this immature backlash, it’s rather disturbing that private schools are taking their ignorant bias out on children who have no choice in who their parents work or vote for.
“I would not characterize myself as ‘worried’ so much as amused by the silence and sighs on the other end of the phone when friends and allies have made preliminary inquiries on our behalf,” she told the Post about the “mean mom” battle she’s facing at private schools.
In response to the negative reception Kellyanne and her family are getting, they remain steadfast in their efforts and aren’t deterred from moving D.C., which is bad news for Democrats who hoped that by blocking her kids from schools Kellyanne would reconsider. At some point, liberals will have to learn that targeting children and acting like kids themselves doesn’t work on conservatives who won’t be stopped by this nonsense as Kellyanne continues to prove.
