From Mad World: With the American people still gathering information on the incidents that played out resulting in the capture of U.S. sailors by Iran, a Navy Captain has just come forward to drop quite the bombshell. Taking place amid a televised interview, he not only explained what actually happened to our boys, but the sinister reason Iran really took our sailors – and it’s one they probably wouldn’t mind you knowing.
The remarks were made by retired Navy Captain Chuck Nash amid an interview with Fox News on the matter. According to Nash, the released video depicting a sailor apologizing was “a deliberate attempt to show U.S. weakness.”
As Mad World News has reported, we already know this to be true, as Iranian officials were broadcasting it in order to depict a victory over the America. However, it seems that Nash believes that wasn’t the sole purpose and that those responsible actually had more sinister reasons behind their actions.
After explaining that Iran has two Navy’s – one that operates through a proper chain of command with the other under the direct orders of the Iranian supreme leader – he states that the actions committed were at the hand of the latter. That being said, this was meticulously planned out by the highest in charge of Iran.
“This was done intentionally and it was done to further embarrass the United States,” Nash said. “And to send the clear message to the Gulf Arabs: If the Americans won’t stand up for themselves, they’re certainly not going to stand up for you. We’re the big dog now.”
Of course, President Barack Obama’s administration is claiming otherwise and have instead taken the opportunity to pat themselves on the back, saying that relations between America and Iran, on account of the Iran nuke deal, allowed for the U.S. to get their soldiers back so quickly. However, not everyone holds their sentiments.
Everyone around the world right now is looking down on America, and we look weak. We have a sailor who was recorded apologizing and a brown-nosing president who also apologized to get them back. This isn’t really the mark of the world’s greatest superpower. Iran played the old-fashioned game of “mercy” with us, and we look like the losers after our leader quickly cried “uncle.”
This is what we’ve come to expect from a man more concerned with the “tolerance” shown others, as opposed to the safety of those he leads and swore to protect. All the while, relations in the Middle East continue to unravel as Obama’s “ignore and evade” strategy leaves room for others to fill the void. Obama is not only horrible for America, he’s dangerous and our nation is suffering because of it.
