Hillary Clinton hasn’t tried to hide her anti-gun stance, and neither has her running mate Tim Kaine. On Tuesday’s debate, Kaine stated that he was a gun owner, only to later brag about his “F” rating from the NRA. He may own guns, but he doesn’t care if you’re unable to.
Clinton has made attacking the human right of self-defense a key part of her 2016 campaign, and if she’s elected—and down-ballot Democrats manage to take control of the Senate and/or House (which, thank God, isn’t likely) —she’s poised to be able to destroy the gun rights of American citizens in three distinct ways. According to Bearing Arms. They are:
- Place progressive, anti-gun justices on the Supreme Court
- Pass bans on a wide range of common firearms, and to
- repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA)
There’s been no shortage of leaks lately leading up to the election, and they’re overwhelmingly negative towards Hillary. As Liberty Writers News reported,
he NRA endorsed Donald Trump earlier in the year. That’s because Donald Trump will protect the secret amendment.
In this leaked audio from a fundraiser in New York, Hillary Clinton told her donors that “we’ve got to go after” the Supreme Court on the Second Amendment.
“We’ve Got to Go After” Supreme Court on Second Amendment
Hillary Clinton slammed the Supreme Court. She said it was “wrong on the Second Amendment” and called for a reinstating of the assault weapons ban. She said it in a small private fundraiser last week, according to the audio that was obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
Here’s the audio.
In the audio, she states “I was proud when my husband took [the National Rifle Association] on, and we were able to ban assault weapons, but he had to put a sunset on so 10 years later. Of course [President George W.] Bush wouldn’t agree to reinstate them,” said Clinton.
“We’ve got to go after this,” Clinton continued. “And here again, the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment. And I am going to make that case every chance I get.”
If we allow Hillary to take the Presidency, our Second Amendment rights could soon be a thing of the past. And in case you’ve forgotten, without the Second Amendment, those other Amendments don’t have much backing.
To make an appropriate metaphor, electing Hillary Clinton will be like playing Russian roulette with our gun rights.
