In an obvious show of total disrespect for the United States of America and it’s sovereignty, a group of illegal workers in New York have chosen to protest instead of complying with our immigration laws.
Employees of the famed New York City bakery, Tom Cat Bakery, were given two weeks to comply with The Department of Homeland Security and provide proof of legal status but instead what 31 of them decided to do was to go protest outside of Trump Tower.

Many of the illegal workers have worked at the bakery since it’s founding over 30 years ago. Didn’t we have an amnesty during this time?
According to Fox News, Hector Solis, a 45-year-old employee at the baker said: “It made me feel so sad, angry at the same time, because I never expected this was going to happen.”
Solis, a Mexican citizen who suffered a heart attack a few years back, is fearful of losing both his job and the health insurance that goes along with it. Wasn’t Obamacare supposed to cover you when you were fired or laid off, whether you were legal or not?
Although he produced documents years ago stating he’s here legally, he admitted that he’s not. “No, not really,” he said. Presenting fake paperwork of legal status to employers is a felony punishable by prison time, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue when you have been breaking our laws for years and no one has said anything until now.
Social media wasn’t very sympathetic for these illegal aliens:
If you know Mexican immigration policy, which is strictly enforced, these American Citizens have every right to not sympathize with these people who broke our laws and sovereignty.
The Mexican General Law on Population clearly states:
- A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally.
- Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned.
- Foreigners who “attempt against national sovereignty or security” will be deported.
Mexican immigration penalties and laws are simple, illegal immigration is a felony and treated as such. If you don’t belong there, you better not be there, or there will be consequences.
