Obama And The UN Just Gave Israel The Middle Finger, But Trump Just FIRED Warning Shots Back! WOW

Few things make my blood boil more than what Obama and Samantha Power pulled yesterday at the UN. For the first time in over four decades, the US abstained from voting to protect Israel and for all purposes took the side of the Palestinians against Israel at the United Nations. It’s despicable and nothing short of Obama flipping off Israel on his way out of the Presidency. President-elect Donald Trump was furious and bluntly stated that things are about to change in regards to the UN come January 20th. Amen brother. Ted Cruz denounced the move severely and called for the defunding of the UN. Even foppish Lindsey Graham, who is a subcommittee chairman (which oversees the US assistance to the UN), is calling to drastically cut funding to the UN over this move.

Here’s an idea… ditch the UN entirely. All they are good for is sucking money out of the US and playing nice with communist dictators and Islamists. Bibi Netanyahu flatly stated yesterday that Israel will not abide by the UN resolution. Good for them and you would expect nothing less… it’s their damned land. Word has it that although Russia usually votes against Israel, they may vote against Obama and the other anti-Semites at the UN just to stick it to Obama. Good.

From The Federalist Papers Project:

President-elect Donald Trump tweeted a warning to the United Nations after the U.S. Ambassador to the international body decided to abstain from a vote on Israeli settlements Friday — something that Trump urged President Barack Obama to veto.

Trump tweeted: “As to the U.N., things will be different after Jan. 20th.”

Zero Hedge reported:

Following today’s surprising decision by the US’ Samantha Power to abstain in a UN vote over Israel settlements, one which provoked Israel to lash out at the Obama administration “friends don’t act that way”, but more importantly defied Trump who in a previous tweet urged Obama to veto the resolution, it was only a question of how long before Trump tweets his response. The time was less than an hour, because just minutes after the vote, the president-elect slammed the current administration’s decision, while ominously warning the UN that it would be “different” under his presidency.

As a reminder, the U.S. had the ability to veto any resolution but abstained from doing so, despite pressure from Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and U.S. lawmakers on both sides. Furthermore, the administration’s decision to let it pass represents a break from the longstanding U.S. policy of shielding Israel from U.N. reproaches.

On Thursday, Trump stated: “As the United States has long maintained, peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians will only come through direct negotiations between the parties, and not through the imposition of terms by the United Nations.” His statement continued, “This puts Israel in a very poor negotiating position and is extremely unfair to all Israelis.” Yes, it is and it shows just how much Obama sides with Islam and against Israel. His real face is showing.

Samantha Power (Cass Sunstein’s wife) claimed via a statement to the council: “One cannot simultaneously champion expanding Israeli settlements and champion a viable two-state solution that would end the conflict.” She added “One has to make a choice between settlements and separation.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office released a statement over this travesty:

Netanyahu slammed Obama vigorously over this outrage and vowed to work with Trump and Congress in the future to “negate the harmful effects of this absurd resolution.” After Obama stabbed Israel in the back, there’s a new President in town and Obama is about to get the boot. Eight years too late, but finally nonetheless.
