Obama and the rest of his race hustlers are getting good at throwing cops under the bus.
That’s exactly what he did during a recent interview on Black Entertainment Television (BET).
In a thirty-minute interview, Obama threw out a number of anti-police gems that have cops around the country more than upset.
According to NYDailyNews, Obama spoke of poor training in today’s police departments, biases from white cops toward blacks, “sloppy” police work, and took it even further across the line when he said many cops have a “subconscious fear of folks who look different.”
It’s truly unbelievable that the President of the Unites States just impugned thousands of honorablepolice officers on national television.
The BET special, titled, “A Conversation with President Barack Obama” was heavily criticized due to the timing of his harsh words, following the recent non-indictments of the officers involved in the Mike Brown and Eric Garner cases.
He essentially just stirred the race pot for the entire audience who tuned in to watch.
During one part of the interview, Obama said, “This country is at its best when everybody is being treated fairly. We have a history and a legacy of people not being treated fairly in all kinds of walks of life.”
He continued the anti-police drivel with, “It is particularly important for people to feel like they’re being treated fairly by law enforcement and police, because the consequences when they’re not treated fairly can be deadly.”
Yet he won’t point out the increased interactions that police have on a daily basis with blacks, compared to whites, even though whites make up a majority of the U.S. population.
It makes for better race bait when he says “folks are not being treated fairly.”
When asked about the Eric Garner video, Obama said, “I think there are a lot of good, well-meaning people, I think there are probably a lot of police officers who might have looked at that and said, that is a tragedy what happened, and we’ve got to figure out how to bring an end to these kinds of tragedies.”
He “thinks” there are a few good officers out there who don’t like to kill based on race. Incredible.
This slap in the face of America’s law enforcement community is nothing short of an embarrassment, and all police, no matter party affiliation, should rally against Obama and his race hustling cronies.
He finished the anti-cop tirade by recounting stories of supposed discrimination against him. “My mind went back to what it was like for me when I was 17, 18, 20,” he said.
Then it got worse, “And as I told them, not only do I hear the pain and frustration of being subjected to that kind of constant suspicion, but part of the reason I got into politics was to figure out how can I bridge some of those gaps in understanding so that the larger country understands this is not just a black problem or a brown problem, this is an American problem.”
No, Mr. President – you’re an American problem.
No one wants racial reconciliation more than conservatives. But reconciliation doesn’t serve your political purposes.
