Not a single person could be a better vice presidential replacement for brain dead Joe Biden as Mike Pence is. He’s earned an immense amount of respect among conservatives for supporting policies that honor our constitution and staying true to the grounded person that he is. Now, the right has a whole new reason to love him that the left hates, after what he just let slip live on Fox News today.
In discussing his personal preparations for Inauguration Day on Friday, he shocked the show hosts with a surprising admission he had been keeping secret until it came out in his live call into the show. This respected politician is a sight for sore eyes who we can trust in a partnership with Trump to make America great again. After he let out what he’ll have in hand on Friday, we know that the country is about to see some big changes for the better.
While discussing his excitement to be sworn in as the country’s Vice President, Pence said that his political career has been largely inspired by his favorite president — who isn’t Trump. He joked that Trump will certainly be his favorite after he’s officially sworn in as the 45th president, but on Friday he will be paying tribute to Ronald Reagan in an incredible way.
Pence announced that he will be taking the oath of office on the Holy Bible, but not just any Bible — he picked one that’s really important to him, which is the one Reagan took the oath to the country on in 1981. Naturally, anti-religion and Reagan-hating liberals aren’t too happy about this since they don’t want to see the country under such incredible leadership like America was when Reagan was in office. They much preferred the Koran-loving leader we had for the last eight years.
Reagan was one of the best presidents in history and not a single person since has had the honor of using his specific Bible to be sworn into office. Considering his incredible presidency and the legacy he left after placing his hand on that book and making a promise to our country he certainly kept, we can only expect that America will be as great under Trump and Pence as it was under Reagan.
