Popular Coffee Company Has Been Sneaking VIAGRA In Your Coffee For Months – Here’s SICK Reason Why

The most popular beverage in America that many citizens rely on to wake up every morning, has had much more of a kick the last several months than consumers bargained for. A dark brew can put both men and women in the “mood” when they least expect it.

There’s a time and a place for romance and it’s not while in traffic on your way to work fueling up on your favorite coffee. Many men may have found themselves in this unfortunate situation and despite being well out of puberty, wondered what was going on with their body. Women were also affected by this sneaky ingredient the company added.

The last thing anyone expected was that their morning cup of joe was causing the inconvenient erection, but that’s the case if they picked a certain instant coffee mix from the store. The company has now voluntarily recalled the elixir laced with the erectile dysfunction medication.

Two undeclared ingredients found in AMPT Coffee were the reason for the recall. This included undeclared milk which could pose a threat to those with a milk allergy along with Sildenafil and Tadalafil which are the active ingredients in Viagra, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Viagra is an FDA-approved prescription drug for Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and while it’s designed to enhance sexual arousal in men, it can have the same effect on women. ABC News reports that Viagra works by, “increasing the blood flow to the penis, the Bermans theorized that the drug could have a similar effect on women, increasing the blood flow to the female genitals and thereby producing better arousal, sensation and lubrication in the genital area.”

One of the benefits AMPT Coffee boasts in its advertising is that it can also be used as a libido booster. However, the concern is that these active ingredients to give it this side effect benefit are in a prescription medication that may not be safe for some with several common conditions to consume. By unknowingly doing so, it could put them at risk of far worse side effects than just a 6-hour erection.

“These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels,” the FDA explains. “Men with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.  In addition, people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.”

No injuries have been reported before AMPT Coffee issued their voluntary recall. They are directing people who have possibly experienced adverse side effects to use the contact information in the recall posted below. For now, AMPT and the FDA are urging consumers to throw the instant coffee product out.
