WOW! Putin’s Response To Obama Sanctions: Won’t Expel U.S. Diplomats, Will LISTEN TO TRUMP INSTEAD! (VIDEO)

President Obama has issued an executive order punishing Russia for what he deemed as cyber interference with the presidential election that undermined the democratic process. Among many other things the President labelled Russian intelligence officers persona non grata in the United States. Two Russian intelligence compounds were shut down and numerous Russia companies and intelligence officials were marked with federal agencies.

This morning Vladimir Putin responded to the President’s sanctions. In response to Obama kicking out thirty five Russians from the United States Russia will be doing… NOTHING! The Russian president is refusing retaliate, kick out American diplomats, or close American facilities on Russia soil. Putin responded in both a statement and speech. Here are some of his official speech comments,

“Vladimir Putin has responded this morning, saying he will not expel any Americans as a result. And, that he will consider President-elect Trump’s actions when deciding the next steps. In a statement last night, Mr. Trump said the following: ‘It’s time for our country to move on to bigger and better things. Nevertheless, in the interest of our country and its great people, I will meet with leaders of our intelligence community next week in order to be updated on the facts of this situation.’”

Here is Putin’s official statement,

Putin’s actions are politically expedient as well as intelligent. While Russia is probably chomping at the bit to retaliate they know they have neither the man power nor the political leverage to take action against America. Putin also understands that in President-Elect Trump he will likely have a helpful political ally and it would be counter productive to sour that relationship before it begins based on President Obama’s actions.

They are playing a waiting game for Donald Trump to be sworn into office so that they can get what they really want. Putin is playing international politics well. Short term loss, long term gain. While he pride might be temporarily hurt he will get what he wants in the long run by playing nice, keeping his mouth shut and waiting for the President he wants to work with more.
