From Mad World News: As the southern border of America remains open for anyone to simply stroll across, it seems that some with more devious intentions are taking advantage of this reality. According to a recent Judicial Watch report released on Tuesday, four ISIS terrorists had been apprehended at the Texas border just within the previous 36 hours.

Given how many have been detained in a short time, how many more have slipped through unnoticed?

News of ISIS breaching the border made headlines after Rep. Duncan Hunter made the bold accusations during an interview with Greta Van Susteren that at least 10 ISIS fighters had been arrested at the border. Although there was no validity to his claims outside of his words, Judicial Watch has recently come forward with a report trying to rectify that.

According to Judicial Watch:

Islamic terrorists have entered the United States through the Mexican border and Homeland Security sources tell Judicial Watch that four have been apprehended in the last 36 hours by federal authorities and the Texas Department of Public Safety in McAllen and Pharr.

As Rep. Duncan Hunter said in his interview:

“If you really want to protect Americans from ISIS, you secure the southern border. It’s that simple. ISIS doesn’t have a navy, they don’t have an air force, they don’t have nuclear weapons. The only way that ISIS is going to harm Americans is by coming in through the southern border – which they already have.”

He also noted, “They aren’t flying B-1 bombers, bombing American cities, but they are going to be bombing American cities coming across from Mexico.”

More recently, Rep. Michael McCaul appeared on Fox News, where he stated that although he’s unable to verify Judicial Watch’s claims he expressed that there is a dire need to secure the border properly for this reason. According to Fox News Insider, McCaul has constructed a “blueprint” that “calls for the deployment of new technology and aviation assets, including re-purposing equipment from the Afghanistan war after U.S. forces start to leave.”

Since that time Reuters has reported that none other than the U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson has come forward in effort to squash Conservative lawmaker’s claims. According to Johnson, the four detainees were actually anti-Muslim members “of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, known as the PKK.”

The question now is – who’s lying? Is the government trying to cover up the fact that ISIS terrorists are gaining entry into the country on account of Obama’s negligence? Let us know your thoughts on the entire ordeal in the comments below.
