CNN is exposing what appears to be a fraudulent veterans charity that raised almost $9 million in 2014 and only gave 2% of that money to actual veterans. The kicker is the president of this fraudulent veterans charity is both a veteran and a federal employee who actually works for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Wait until you see this guy ‘run’ from the CNN reporter in his his Rolls Royce. I’m surprised he didn’t squeal the tires:
I’m very glad CNN is exposing this. The veterans who run this scam are taking advantage of both veterans and the American people and it should be shut down for fraud.
Washington (CNN) At first glance, the National Vietnam Veterans Foundation is a roaring success. According to its tax filings, the charity has received more than $29 million in donations from generous Americans from 2010 to 2014 for what it calls on its website “aiding, supporting and benefiting America’s veterans and their families.”
