Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) challenged a Law Professor from the University of Baltimore during a Wednesday House hearing and made a strong case to why a special counsel is needed to investigate the IRS scandal.  When the law professor refused to answer one of his questions that seemed simple, Gowdy offered the professor some “free litigation advice”

Professor Charles Tiefer was tasked by Democrats as a legal expert to assist law makers with determining if the  House Judiciary Committee should further investigate the IRS scandal. Tiefer was also asked by democrats to weigh in on the law suit against President Obama.
