President elect, Donald Trump won the 2016 election and he’s about to add another winner to his Presidential cabinet.

Todd Ricketts, the co-owner of the World Series Champion Chicago Cubs, is Trump’s likely choice for deputy Commerce Secretary.

Politico – President-elect Donald Trump is likely to tap Todd Ricketts, the co-owner of the Chicago Cubs and a member of the powerful conservative Ricketts family, to be deputy secretary of commerce, POLITICO has confirmed. Wilbur Ross remains the likely choice to lead the Commerce Department.

Ricketts is the son of billionaire TD Ameritrade founder and conservative donor Joe Ricketts, and the brother of Republican Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts.

The Ricketts family initially opposed Trump in the Republican primary, with the family helping to fund an anti-Trump super PAC and Todd Ricketts supporting Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker’s bid. But once Trump sealed up the nomination, the family came on board.

I know the leftists will hop on the bandwagon and rip Trump for bringing a millionaire into the swamp he was supposed to drain, but is that a bad thing?

The guy is a winner with a winning team.

Who do we want running our country, winners or losers?

If Hillary won, then who would she select for that job? She’s a millionaire too, so there’s an even greater chance that she would’ve picked fellow rich person as well.

In fact, this is the one time that an election was really between two millionaires and it seems like the liberals and democrats forget that. Hillary Clinton really seems like a republican hiding in democrat pant suits clothes.

Is Trump’s selection of a man involved with sports a bad idea?

Will there be a conflict of interest?

Or will there people a country who thrives like a championship team who comes together and finds victory in numbers?
