The anti-Trump rhetoric at the Oscars last night was center stage as everyone from the host of the awards show to the advertisers took jabs at out president every chance they had. Hyatt Hotels and the American carmaker, Cadillac, were among the companies willing to shell out the big bucks for a few slanderous seconds, but it just backfired on them big time with the brutal revenge President Trump dropped on them.
Rather than advertising their hotel chain, Hyatt used their slotted thirty seconds during the show to spread a message of accepting all those who our president has allegedly deemed unimportant — specifically, Muslims. Occupy Democrats praised the company for their statement in saying, “President Trump and his coven of white supremacists would have you fall prey to that dangerous temptation, to fall for the heady embrace of self-importance and narcissistic intoxication of the color of your skin…” Perhaps worse was the jab that Cadillac took at Trump, despite all that he’s recently done for the American automobile industry.
Departing from their typical message of blue-collar Americans being the heartbeat of this nation, Cadillac decided to further the racial divide and appease liberals and Hollywood with their new commercial sentiment. “Cadillac is joining the increasing number of companies now using their paid advertising as a soapbox for both unvarnished and oblique commentary on today’s political and social dynamics in America,” Truth Monitor proudly reported. However, while all of this was going on last night, Trump was announcing his surprise on American set to drop on Tuesday, that these advertisers and Oscar attendees aren’t going to be too happy about.
At a glitzy event of his own, strategically planned for the same night at the arrogant awards show, Trump toasted to 46 of the 50 U.S. governors, when he dropped a bomb conservatives have been waiting to hear for years. Trump said that he will be going on camera before congress on Tuesday to reveal his plan that will replace Obamacare once and for all.
“WE’RE GOING TO HAVE A SPEECH ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND WE’RE GOING TO BE SPEAKING VERY SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THIS VERY COMPLICATED SUBJECT…AS MOST OF YOU KNOW, OBAMACARE’S HAD TREMENDOUS PROBLEMS. WE’RE GOING TO HAVE IT FIXED, AND WE’RE GOING TO REPEAL AND REPLACE. AND I THINK YOU’RE GOING TO SEE SOMETHING VERY, VERY SPECIAL.”
While all of the mainstream media is focused on the antics of the Academy Awards, Trump is taking the action we need right now. Silly games, jokes, or commercials played at the Oscars will stop him — he is still our president and will continue to lead this nation into greatness again, whether they get on board or not. They all just wasted their breath, time, and money since it didn’t make a single bit of a difference.
