Trump Just Issued Devastating Blow To Trans Soldiers With What He’s Forcing ALL To Do Within 6 Months

Last month, President Trump tweeted that transgenders would no longer be accepted into the military. This tweet caused a huge disturbance in the force that had liberals around the country disintegrate into a full on meltdown. Many on the left were hoping that Trump was just blowing hot air, but that was hardly the case. Earlier today, Trump issued a memo on the transgender ban and now the left is realizing that he is all business.

This whole ordeal began on July 26 when President Trump sent out a series of tweets. These tweets were pretty cut and dry as to why Trump was leaning towards a transgender ban.

Here are the original tweets.

You see, Barack Obama lifted the original ban on transgenders and also allowed the military to provide and treat them for gender dysphoria. Of course, this caused many people around the country to be upset knowing that tax dollars were being used this way. In all honesty, the condition can be rather costly and also requires the patient to be on medication for the rest of their lives. It only makes sense that when someone is considering joining the military that they are in top physical shape, and truthfully, transgenders are not.

So, Trump made an executive decision to reimplement the transgender ban and liberals are furious. However, while those on the left are busy spewing half truths concerning this ban here is what is really happening.

President Trump’s memo to Defense Secretary Jim Mattis asks him to consider a service member’s ‘deployability’ when deciding whether to eject them from the military. Ok, sounds reasonable, right? It is and here is what must be considered. Is the service member unable to serve in a war zone or take part in training or serve on a ship for months if the answer to those question is yes, then they must go. At the moment the administration has not set the criteria completely, but you can bet the left is already preparing for a meltdown.

Here is more from Fox News:

The White House is expected to send guidance to the Pentagon in coming days on how to implement a new administration ban on transgender people in the military, issuing a policy that will allow Defense Secretary Jim Mattis to consider a service member’s ability to deploy in deciding whether to kick them out of the military.

The White House memo also directs the Pentagon to deny admittance to transgender individuals and to stop spending on medical treatment regimens for those currently serving, according to U.S. officials familiar with the document.

The 2½-page memo gives Mr. Mattis six months to prepare to fully implement the new ban, according to these officials.

Mr. Mattis under the new policy is expected to consider “deployability”—the ability to serve in a war zone, participate in exercises or live for months on a ship—as the primary legal means to decide whether to separate service members from the military, the officials said.

The policy was announced by President Donald Trump in a series of tweets on July 26, which effectively reinstated a ban on open transgender service that had been lifted the year before, under former President Barack Obama, in a move that also provided for military medical care for the condition known as gender dysphoria.

Gender dysphoria is a condition that many professional associations have said requires medical treatment. For instance, gender dysphoria is recognized by the American Psychiatric Association as a medical issue. When diagnosed by a medical professional, transition therapy and reassignment surgery is considered by some insurers and states as a medically necessary treatment.

Employing the criteria of deployability to remove service members is bound to be greeted with deep opposition.

All of this sounds perfectly reasonable considering that what is being discussed here is a battlefield. When deploying those to fight they must have people that are in tip top condition and medically speaking transgenders are not. But, of course, no one on the left is looking at this situation with their logical glasses on. Already there are those in the transgender community that are screaming foul.

Sue Fulton, who is the former president of Sparta and also advocates for LGBT individuals to be allowed to serve openly had this to say. “Transgender people are just as deployable as other service members. Other service members may undergo procedures when they are at home base, just as other service members schedule shoulder surgery or gall bladder surgery,” added Fulton, who achieved the rank of captain in the army, and is not transgender. She said that there are no “ongoing treatments” that would render transgender soldiers, sailors and pilots non-deployable.

“Thus there’s no difference between the deployability of transgender service members and that of others,” Fulton said.

Fulton says that there are no ongoing treatments but don’t transgenders need to stay on hormone therapy? Of course, they do and that is not going to happen if the soldier is somewhere where they can’t get those medications. The last thing our brave men and women need is to worry about a transgender person having hormonal imbalances in war. There are plenty of other ways to serve your country, but this is just not one, and there is nothing wrong with that.
