Thugs in St. louis gun down two toddlers, where are the riots? Where is Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson?

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A 4-year-old and 2-year-old boy were shot  during two separate drive-by shootings in St. Louis on Saturday.

The first shooting happened in the 5900 block of Kennerly around 6:00 p.m. Police say the victims were standing near a car talking when a vehicle drove down the street and began to fire gunshots at them. During the shooting, a 4-year-old boy was shot in the ankle and was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition. No other injuries were reported.

Investigators say the victims gave conflicting accounts of the incident.

During the second incident, a 2-year-old boy was shot in both legs while roughly 15 to 20 people were filming a video in the 1100 block of N. Union around 2:30 p.m., according to police.

Officials say a silver vehicle drove past the crowd and fired multiple gunshots, hitting the 2-year-old. The child was transported to a local hospital where he is listed as stable.

Police say an unidentified man returned fire at the car, then got into a black four-door sedan with approximately two other men and followed the silver vehicle.

The investigation in both shootings is ongoing.
