From the Conservative Tribune: While most of us don’t think terribly highly of our president, one would imagine that at least his family would support him, right?
Yes, well, not so much. Barack Obama’s Kenyan half-brother, Malik Obama, went off on his brother in an interview with Joel Gilbert, the author of “Dreams From My Real Father.”
When asked about his impressions of his brother’s presidency, Malik — who called Obama a “schemer” — said he was, “Disappointed, disappointed, used, used and also betrayed.
“In the beginning, I didn’t think that he was a schemer. His real character, his real personality, the real him, is coming out now.”
Well, we could have told Malik that.
“The way that he’s turned and become a different person with the family is the same way that I see him behaving politically,” Malik Obama said.
“He says one thing and then he does another. He’s not been an honest man, as far as I’m concerned, in who he is and what he says and how he treats people.”
While Malik and his brother were close throughout most of his life (Malik even served as best man at the wedding of Barack and Michelle Obama), he says that changed once Barack made it into the White House.
“If I want to see him, then I have to really make an effort,” he said. “And when I go, I do go, then I go in through the back door.” (H/T Allen West)
Perhaps most notably, Malik Obama says he’s not entirely sure the two share the same father. It is worth noting that Joel Gilbert, the author of “Dreams from My Real Father,” based his book on the hypothesis that Frank Marshall Davis was Barack Obama’s actual father. However, the fact that Malik didn’t shoot the theory down says quite a bit.
It’s rather startling to see just how much things have changed in six years of Obama’s presidency. First conservatives began to realize he was a fraud, then America did. Now, even his family realizes just how much of a fraud he is.
