Veterans: You Should Fill Out This Opinion Research Survey

Coalition To Salute American Heroes (ASAH) has just released a ten-question opinion research survey entitled, 2016 American Opinion Research Survey of 1,000,000 Voters Concerning Our Government’s Abuse of Disabled Troops Severely Wounded Fighting Radical Islamists.

They believe it is one of the “largest surveys ever conducted on the abuse and mistreatment of America’s severely wounded warriors by our federal government.” Their goal is to gather opinions on ten issues facing veterans who are serving or who have already served our country.

When the survey has been completed, CASAH will send the results to “Members of Congress and key Congressional staff; the President and his top advisors; and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.”

Sgt. Matthew Pennington, U.S. Army (Ret.), Spokesman for the Coalition, expects to show the aforementioned parties that:

The overwhelming majority of Americans care deeply about America’s wounded heroes, and are outraged at how our government is mistreating America’s veterans, especially those catastrophically wounded in dangerous war zones.

Many have lost limbs, suffered grievous third degree burns, are blinded, paralyzed, or have suffered traumatic brain injuries they will never recover from. Now we learn that many veterans are dying as they languish on “secret wait lists” at VA hospitals. But the politicians in Washington show little concern.

There are five issues that proceed some of the questions. Each provides a heading of the question and an overview to remind the veterans why there is concern about the issue. The topics include the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Health System, “secret wait lists” that prevented thousands of veterans from receiving needed healthcare, 307,000 veterans who died awaiting healthcare, cutting of combat pay, and veteran homelessness.

There are a variety of nine answers to the questions ranging from a minimum of four to a maximum of five. They were carefully selected to address each question.

It is noted that there is no indication that only veterans are allowed to complete it. So everyone should take their time to fill out this survey.
